40-3657. Same; ancillary receiver in another state or foreign countryfailing to transfer assets; priority of claims filed in such ancillaryreceivership; exceptions.If an ancillary receiver in another state or foreign country,whether called by that name or not, fails to transfer to the domiciliaryliquidator in this state any assets within such liquidator's control other thanspecial deposits, diminished only by the expenses of the ancillaryreceivership, if any, the claims filed in the ancillary receivership, otherthan special deposit claims or secured claims, shall be placed in the class ofclaims under K.S.A. 40-3641(h).
