Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 37a.--REGULATION OF BROKER CONTROLLED INSURERS

      40-37a03.   Application of act; application of insurance holding companyact.This act shall apply to licensed insurers as defined in K.S.A.40-37a02, either domiciled in this state or domiciled in a state that is not anaccredited state having in effect a substantially similar law. All provisionsof the insurance holding company act, to the extent suchprovisions are not superseded bythis act, shall continue to apply to all parties within holding company systemssubject to this act.
