Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 38.--REGULATION AND REGISTRATION OF ADMINISTRATORS

      40-3808.   Same; restriction upon compensation to administrator.Any policies or certificates which an administrator adjusts orsettles, the compensation to the administrator with regard to such policiesshall in no way be contingent on claim experience. This section shall notprevent the compensation of an administrator from being based on premiumsor charges collected or number of claims paid or processed.
