      40-3809.   Same; guidelines for funds collected by administrator.Where an administrator collects funds, it must identify and stateseparately in writing to the person paying to the administrator any chargeor premium for insurance coverage the amount of any such charge or premiumspecified by the insurer for such insurance coverage. All claims paid bythe administrator from funds collected on behalf of the insurer shall bepaid only on drafts of and as authorized by such insurer.
