      40-422.   Industrial life insurance; definitions.As used in this act "industrial life insurance" means either that formof life insurance under which the premiums are payable weekly, or thatunder which the premiums are payable monthly or oftener if the face amountof insurance provided in the policy is less than one thousand dollars andthe words "industrial policy" are printed in prominent type on the face ofthe policy.
