      40-426.   Same; commissioner may authorize policies more favorable.Any policy of industrial life insurance may be delivered or issued fordelivery in this state which in the opinion of the insurance commissionercontains provisions on any one or more of the several foregoingrequirements more favorable to policyholders than provided by this act.
