Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 4.--GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES

      40-438.   Same; severability.If any provision of this act or application thereof to any person orcircumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or applications of the act which can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of thisact are declared to be severable.
