      40-442.   Issuance of life insurance policy; filing of form prior toissuance.No individual policy of life insurance shall be issued or delivered toany person in this state nor shall any application, rider or endorsement beused in connection therewith, until a copy of the form thereof has beenfiled with the commissioner of insurance.
