40-467. Same; citation of act; applicability toworkers compensation.(a)K.S.A. 2009 Supp.40-461 through 40-467, and amendments thereto, shall beknownasand may becited as thestructured settlement protection act.
(b) No provision of this act shall apply to any settlement of any claim foror award of workers compensation.
