      40-4013.   Commissioner to charge insurer for expenses.The commissioner shall also have the authority to retainexperts and may charge andcollect from the insurer the actual amount of expenses, including theexpenses of retaining experts, reasonably incurredby the state in discharge of the commissioner's duties hereunder, includingthe determination of a valuation of the insurer.
