      40-4108.   Risk retention group prohibited from joining insolvency guaranty fund.No risk retention group shall be permitted to join or contributefinancially to any insurance insolvency guaranty fund, or similarmechanism, in this state, nor shall any risk retention group, or itsinsured, receive any benefit from any such fund for claims arising out ofthe operations of such risk retention group.
