Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 41.--RISK RETENTION AND PURCHASING GROUPS

      40-4119.   Agents and brokers for risk retention groups; licensure.Any person acting, or offering to act, as an agent orbroker for a risk retention group, which solicits members, sells insurancecoverage, purchases coverage for its members located within the state orotherwise does business in this state shall, before commencing any suchactivity, obtain a license from the commissioner.
