      40-4120.   Order of United States district court enjoining riskretention group from doing business enforceable in state courts.An order issued by any district court of the United Statesenjoining a risk retention group from soliciting or selling insurance, oroperating, in any state (or in all states or in any territory or possessionof the United States) upon a finding that such a group is in a hazardousfinancial condition, shall be enforceable in the courts of the state.
