40-4203. Registration of individuals soliciting memberships for plan.(a) Every prepaid service plan authorized to do business in thisstate shall register each individual who solicits memberships on its behalfby listing such individuals on a form provided by the commissioner ofinsurance.On January 1 and July 1 of each year, the prepaid service plan shall advisethe commissioner of insurance of additions or deletions from this list sincethe last reporting date.
(b) As a condition precedent to the continuation of the certificate ofregistration, all prepaid service plans shall pay an annual fee of $2 for eachindividual required to be registered pursuant to this section.
