40-4307. Annual report of financial condition.Prior to March 1 of each year, each captive insurance company shallsubmit to the commissioner a report of its financial condition, verified byoath of two of its executive officers. Each captive insurancecompany shall file its report in the form required by K.S.A. 40-225, andamendments thereto.
