40-4625. Same; application of act; rules andregulations.(a) This act shall apply to any health benefit plan that isamended, delivered, issued or renewed on or after the effective date ofthis act.
(b) The commissioner may adopt rules and regulations that are necessary toimplement the provisions of this act.
