Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 49.--UNIFORM INSURANCE AGENTS LICENSING ACT

      40-4916.   Same; rules and regulations.In accordance with the provisions of the rules andregulationsfiling act,K.S.A. 77-415 et seq. and amendments thereto, the commissioner mayadopt, amendand revoke rules and regulations governing the administration and enforcementofthis act, including but not limited to:

      (a)   Criteria for approval ofcontinuing education materials andassigning C.E.C. values for such materials;

      (b)   any form required to implement this act, subject to thecondition that any application form shall substantially comply with anyrequirements imposed by the NAIC;

      (c)   any application for examination or licensure under this act;

      (d)   any examination for licensing under this act;

      (e)   any report which may be required by this act; and

      (f)   such other rules and regulations as the commissioner may deem necessaryto carry out the provisions of this act.
