      40-5014.   Same; violation of act also unfair ordeceptive trade practice.Any violation of this act shall also be considered an unfairor deceptive act or practice under K.S.A. 40-2404, and amendments thereto, andsubject to the penalties contained in K.S.A. 40-2401 et seq., andamendments thereto.
