Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 51.--INSURANCE SCORE ACT

      40-5109.   Studies; report to legislature.(a) The commissioner of insurance shall gather data, holdpublic hearings, make inquiries and publish studies relating to the purposeof this act.

      (b)   The commissioner shall report to the president and minority leader of thesenate and the speaker and minority leader of the house of representatives byJanuary 26, 2005, on issues relating to the use of credit history in theunderwriting and rating of personal insurance and the implementation of thisact.
