Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 9.--GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO FIRE INSURANCE COMPANIES

      40-959.   Same; appeal of rating organization decision; hearing; order.Any member of or subscriber to a rating organization may appeal tothe commissioner from the decision of such rating organization in approving orrejecting any proposed change in or addition to the filings of such ratingorganization and the commissioner, after a hearing, shall issue an orderapproving the decision of such rating organization or directing it to givefurther consideration to such proposal, or, if suchappeal is from the action or decision of the rating organization in rejecting aproposed addition to its filings, the commissioner may, in the event thecommissioner finds such action or decision was unreasonable or unfair, issue anorder directing the rating organization to make an addition to its filing, onbehalf of its members and subscribers, in a manner consistent with thecommissioner's findings, within a reasonable time after the issuance of suchorder.
