      41-108.   Construction of act in case of invalidity ofany provision.If any provision of the Kansas liquor control act, orits application to any person or circumstance, is determined by a courtto be invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining provisions shall beconstrued in accordance with the intent of the legislature to further limitrather than to expand commerce in alcoholic liquor and to enhancestrict regulatory control over taxation, distribution and sale of alcoholicliquor through the three-tier regulatory system imposed by the Kansasliquor control act upon all alcoholic liquor and cereal malt beverages.
