41-1105. Invalidity of part.If any clause, paragraph, subsection or section of this act shall beheld invalid or unconstitutional it shall be conclusively presumed that thelegislature would have enacted the remainder of this act without suchinvalid or unconstitutional clause, paragraph, subsection or section.
