      41-2609.   Same; suspension or revocation;procedure.The provisions of K.S.A. 41-320, 41-321, 41-322, 41-323 and 41-324, andamendments thereto,relating to proceedings for the suspension or revocation of licenses issuedunder the Kansas liquor control act, appeals from orders ofthe director refusing, suspending or revoking such licenses and judicialreview of decisions on such appeals and duties of county attorneysrelating to such review shall apply in thesame manner to proceedings for thesuspension or revocation of licensesissued under this act,appeals from orders of the director refusing, suspending orrevoking licenses issued under this act,orders refusing temporary permits, appeals fromorders of the director and judicial review of decisions on such appeals.
