Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES
Article 26.--LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF SALE OF LIQUOR BY THE DRINK

      41-2620.   Sale of liquor by the drink without license or permit prohibited.(a) No person shall maintain or operate any club or drinkingestablishment in this state without having in such person's possession for thelocation of the establishment avalid unexpired and unrevoked license issued by thedirector for such club or establishment.

      (b)   No person shall act as a caterer in this state without having insuch person's possession a valid unexpired and unrevoked caterer's licenseissued by the director.

      (c)   No person or organization shall sponsor, conduct or hold an event in thisstate which requires a temporary permit unless such person or organization has in suchperson's or organization's possession a temporary permit issued by the director for suchevent and such event is conducted in accordance with the terms of such permit.
