      41-2621.   Club or drinking establishment license limited to premises specified.A club or drinking establishment license shall allow the licensee tooperate a club or drinking establishment only at thepremises specified in such license in accordance with the provisions ofthis act and the rules and regulations adopted by thesecretary as provided by K.S.A.41-210 and amendments thereto.
