      41-2633.   Violations of act or rules and regulations; criminalpenalty.Violation of any provision ofthe club and drinking establishment act, andamendments thereto, or any rule orregulation adopted thereunder, for which a penalty is not otherwisespecifically provided is punishable by a fine not to exceed $500or imprisonment not to exceed six months, orboth.
