      41-2644.   Drinking establishment/caterer license; rights of licensee.A license for a drinking establishment/caterer shall allowthe licensee all the rights and privileges of a holder of a drinkingestablishment license and of a licensed caterer, subject to all provisions oflaw relating to such an establishment or caterer.
