Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES Article 26.--LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF SALE OF LIQUOR BY THE DRINK

      41-2648.   Effective date of license; conversion of club license todrinking establishment license.(a) No drinking establishment license, caterer's license ortemporary permit shall be effective before July 1, 1987.

      (b)   On and after July 1, 1987, the director may provide procedureswhereby a license for a class B club issued before July 1, 1987, may beconverted to a drinking establishment license or a drinkingestablishment/caterer license if all requirements of this act are met andthe licensee pays that portion of the additional license fee, if any,attributable to the remaining unexpired license term.
