41-2711. Penalties for violation of act.Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be deemedguilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by afine of not more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in thecounty jail for not more than one year, or by both such fine andimprisonment.
