41-323. Same; judicial review of secretary's decision.Any action of the secretary pursuant toK.S.A. 41-321 andamendments thereto is subject to review in accordance with the act forjudicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions. At the time ofthe filing of the petition for review, the petitionershall give a bond for costs conditioned onthe petitioner's prosecuting the appealwithout delay and paying all costs assessed againstthe petitioner. If review of the decision of the district court is soughtpursuant to K.S.A. 77-623 and amendments thereto, the director shall not berequired to give a bond on such review.
