      41-344.   Same; sales by certain licensees.Nonalcoholic malt beverages may be sold by retailerslicensed pursuant to the liquor control act, by clubs and drinkingestablishments licensed pursuant to the club and drinking establishment actby retailers licensed pursuant to article 27 of chapter 41 of the KansasStatutes Annotated, as an additional privilege of the license issued inaccordance therewith.
