Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES Article 5.--GALLONAGE TAX; COLLECTION AND DISPOSITION

      41-508.   Possession of untaxed liquor by retailer; penalty.It shall be unlawful for the holder of any retailer's license to receiveor possess any alcoholic liquor upon which the gallonage tax levied by thisact has not been paid. Any such licensee who shall violate theprovisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and uponconviction fined not more than $500, towhich may beadded not more than 12 months' imprisonment.
