Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES Article 6.--MANUFACTURER'S AND WHOLESALER'S RECORDS AND REPORTS

      41-602.   Same; records of sales.It is the duty of each manufacturer, distributor, microbrewery whichsells any beer to a beer distributorand farm winery which sells any wine to a distributor to keepcomplete and accurate records of all sales of liquor, wine or beer andcomplete and accurate records of all alcoholic liquors produced,manufactured, compounded or imported. The director, in the director's discretion, mayprescribe reasonable and uniform methods for keeping records bymanufacturers, distributors, microbreweries and farm wineriesas contemplated by K.S.A.41-401 through 41-409, and amendments thereto.
