Article 7.--CERTAIN PROHIBITED ACTS AND PENALTIES

      41-722.   Giving or selling liquor to evade law declared unlawful.The giving away or delivery of any alcoholic liquor for the purpose ofevading any provision of K.S.A. 41-721 or taking oforders or the making of agreements, at or within any governmentalsubdivision, while such sales are prohibited, for the sale or deliveryof any alcoholic liquor, or other shift or device to evade any provisionof this act, shall be held to be an unlawful selling.
