      41-726.   False statements to common carriers unlawful.It shall be unlawful for any person to make a false statement, for thepurpose of obtaining alcoholic liquors, to any railroad, express ortransportation company, or any person engaged in the business oftransporting goods, wares or merchandise for the purpose of obtaining theshipment, transportation or delivery of same.
