Article 9.--GENERAL PENALTY PROVISIONS

      41-903.   Knowingly permitting licensee to unlawfully use premisesdeemed violation of act.If the owner of the licensed premises or any person from whom thelicensee derives the right to possession of such premises, or the agent ofsuch owner or person, shall knowingly permit the licensee to use suchlicensed premises in violation of the terms of this act, such owner, agentor other person shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this act to thesame extent as such licensee and be subject to the same punishment.
