      42-303.   Right to conduct water along natural channels and withdrawsame.Any person may conduct water into and along any of the natural streamsor channels of the state, and may withdraw all such waters so by him turnedinto such channel at any point desired, without regard to priorappropriations of water from said stream, due allowance being made forevaporation and seepage.
