Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION Article 3.--IRRIGATION AND IRRIGATION DISTRICTS

      42-306.   Rights of prior appropriator of such waters.No person shall be permitted to take or appropriate the waters of anysubterranean supply which naturally discharge into any superficial stream,to the prejudice of any prior appropriator of the water of such superficialchannel.
