Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION Article 3.--IRRIGATION AND IRRIGATION DISTRICTS

      42-309.   Rights subject to eminent domain.Every vested right of prior appropriation or diversion of water forindustrial uses shall be subject as to the right of eminent domain, and maybe condemned and compensated for, for public and beneficial uses, in thesame manner and under the same restrictions and regulations as govern thecondemnation of other private property.
