Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION Article 3.--IRRIGATION AND IRRIGATION DISTRICTS

      42-312.   Such person responsible for injury or pollution.Every person resorting for the purposes aforesaid to any ditch, conduitor reservoir shall be responsible that no injury be done to the embankmentthereof, or the fence enclosing the same, or other parts or appurtenancesthereof, and that the waters thereof be not fouled or polluted by anyanimal by him driven thereto or watered thereat.
