Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION Article 3.--IRRIGATION AND IRRIGATION DISTRICTS

      42-357.   Creation of districts.The board of county commissioners of any county in the state of Kansaswhere irrigation is now or may hereafter be used in the aid of agricultureis hereby authorized and empowered to cause to be erected into convenientdistricts, to be called irrigation districts, such tracts of contiguousterritory as may be conveniently irrigated from any given source of supply.
