Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION Article 3.--IRRIGATION AND IRRIGATION DISTRICTS

      42-366.   Petition for bonds.If at any time after the creation of any such irrigation district thepeople of such district shall desire the issuing of the bonds of saiddistrict for the purposes hereinbefore set forth, they shall present to theboard of county commissioners of the county wherein said district issituated a petition asking said board of county commissioners to submit tothe qualified electors of said district a proposition to vote the bonds ofsaid district for such purpose.
