Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION Article 3.--IRRIGATION AND IRRIGATION DISTRICTS

      42-375.   Reports of treasurer of board.It shall be the duty of the treasurer of said irrigation board to make aquarterly report to said board on the first Monday of March, June,September and December of each year, of all moneys received, and an annualreport on the first Monday in December of each year of the sale of waterfrom said works and of all moneys expended thereon.
