Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION Article 3.--IRRIGATION AND IRRIGATION DISTRICTS

      42-384.   Same; bond election may be held at same time.That when an irrigation district shall desire to issue bonds for thepurpose of purchasing any ditches and laterals already erected, then theelection to vote upon the proposition to issue such bonds, and theelection to vote upon the proposition to purchase certain irrigationworks, both of which elections are provided for by K.S.A. 42-357 to42-380, may be held at thesame time.
