Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION Article 3.--IRRIGATION AND IRRIGATION DISTRICTS

      42-387.   Certification of plat and order creating district.That when an irrigation district comprises territory in two or morecounties, then the county clerk of the county in which the greater part ofthe territory of said district is located shall certify to the county clerkof any other county in which a part of said district is located a copy ofthe plat of said district and a copy of the order of the board of countycommissioners creating the same.
