Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION Article 3.--IRRIGATION AND IRRIGATION DISTRICTS

      42-388c.   Same; sale of bonds.When such bonds shall have been duly signed and countersigned, andregistered, the same shall be deposited with the treasurer of suchdistrict, and by the board of commissioners of the district negotiatedand sold for not less than par value; and the proceeds arising from thesale of said bonds shall be deposited with the treasurer of suchdistrict and shall be devoted to the construction of the works for whichsaid bonds shall be issued. The provisions of K.S.A. 42-370shall not apply to the bonds issued under this act, orthe receipts therefrom.
