      42-396.   Unlawful acts affecting works; penalty for second offense.Any person so offending, after conviction thereof once had, shall bepunished by fine in not less than $20 and not exceeding $1,000, or byimprisonment in thecustody of the secretary of corrections for not exceedingone year, in the discretion of the court wherein such conviction shall behad.
