Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION Article 3.--IRRIGATION AND IRRIGATION DISTRICTS

      42-3,108.   Same; payment of costs.In case execution for such costs be returned unsatisfied, the same shallbe paid by the board of county commissioners of the county wherein the workwas constructed; or, if the same was situate in two or more counties, thenby the boards of commissioners of such counties, in ratable proportion asthe court wherein conviction is had may direct.
