Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION Article 3.--IRRIGATION AND IRRIGATION DISTRICTS

      42-3,111.   Civil liability of officers.No officer in the discharge of his duties under this act shall be liableto any civil action for any act or omission in the administration of theduties of his office, unless it shall manifestly appear that such officer,in such act or omission, was guilty of corruption, malice, or willfuloppression.
