42-724. Invalidity of part.The sections and provisions of this act are severable and are notmatters of mutual essential inducement, and it is the intention of thelegislature to confer the whole or any part of the powers herein providedfor and if any section, provision or part or parts thereof are for anyreason held unconstitutional, void or inoperative, it is the intention thatthe remaining sections, provisions and parts thereof shall remain in fullforce and effect.
